Final rites held here Horace W. Lee

Horace W. Lee, 76, of Tallulah, died Sunday at his residence here after a brief illness.

Services were at 1 p. m. Monday at Trinity Episcopal Church. Rev. Joseph Harrison officiated. Burial 
followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home.

Mr. Lee came to Tallulah as an entomologist after graduating from Mississippi State University. He was a 
member of Trinity Episcopal Church and a Shriner. He retired after 40 years of service with xxxx Corp 
as a southern district manager. He held memberships in National and Mid-South Chemical associations. 
Mr. Lee was past president of the Louisiana Senior Golf Association.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Wylma Lee of Tallulah: one daughter, Mrs. Lottie Louise Smith of 
Jackson, Miss.; two sisters; Miss Grace Lee and Mrs. Joe Phelps, both of Hattiesburg, Miss.; and 
three grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Maxwell Yerger, Barton Sevier, Travis McNeel, Dr. H. S. Provine, all of Tallulah; 
Brice Darling of Nashville. Ark., Roy Meek of Monroe, Jesse Lewis of Greenville, Miss., and Tom Crawford 
of Bogalusa.

Honorary pallbearers were his associates in Niagara Chemical Co.
