All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Margaret Grace Lee - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, July 27, 1962 Mrs. Lee, Long Time Resident Dies Here Monday Mrs. Margaret Grace Lee, long time resident of Tallulah and for many years owner and manager of Lee's Bakery, died at twelve fifteen Monday afternoon, in Madison Parish Hospital after a extended illness. She was 81 years of age, but until her last illness was active about her home and yard. She was a flower lover and raised many beautiful roses. Mrs. Lee was a member of the Presbyterian Church and services were held Wed. at ten o'clock in the morning from the First Methodist Church here, with Rev. Dan Lott assisted by Rev. Wilson Watson officiating at the services. Interment was in Silver Cross Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Lee Price of Newark, N. J. and three sons, Charles B. Lee of Los Angeles, Calif., R. Douglas Lee and J. C. Lee of Tallulah, thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Messrs. Harry Holt, Billy Post, Bill Oakes, Shields Bray, Billy Morris, Warren Sevier, Collins Thomas, and Rufus Yerger.
