Lott - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, March 23, 1988 Funeral services for Mr. Carsie S. Lott, 89, were Monday at 2 p.m. at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers. Mr. Lott died Saturday at the Madison Parish Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mr. Lott was a native of Mississippi and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 64 years. He was a carpenter, a painter and a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hester M. Lott of Tallulah; two sons, Doyle Lott and Gerald Lott, both of Tallulah; two daughters, Mrs. Beba McIntyre of Tallulah and Mrs. Virginia Ramshur of Bastrop; one sister, Mrs. Julia King of Delhi; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Chester Deggans, Boyd Wyatt, William Givens, Richard Marshall, Bill Harris and Jerry Walley.
