All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Jack Lott Sr. - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal April 5, 1995 Memorial services for Mr. Jack Lott Sr., age 82, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, in the First United Methodist Church in Tallulah with Rev. Lillard Bevell officiating. Mr. Lott died late Saturday night in Golden Age Nursing Home in Denham Springs fol-lowing a lengthy illness. His body was cremated. Mr. Lott was a native of Pine Burr, Mississippi, and had lived in Tallulah for the past 70 years. He was a fireman with the Tallulah Fire Department for 13 years. Mr. Lott was a marine oiler with the United States Corps of Engineers before his retirement. Survivors include two sons, Jack Lott Jr., of Belle Chase, La., Tommy Lott of Baton Rouge, La.; one daughter, Jeanie Goodman of Ville Platte, La.; one brother, Edgar Lott of Tallulah; and three grandchildren. His family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
