All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Eura Perlean Mauldin - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 11, 1998 Funeral services for Mrs. Eura Perlean Mauldin, age 88, of Baton Rouge, were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 5, in the funeral home chapel of Crothers-Glenwood, with the Rev. Dennis Relaford officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Mauldin died Tuesday morning, March 3, 1998, in the Baton Rouge General Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Grays, Ark., and had lived in Tallulah for 37 years and lived in Baton Rouge for three years. She was a housewife and a member of Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah. Survivors include three sons: Emmett Travis of Lufkin, Texas, Edward Travis of Cordova, Texas, and Bill Travis of Tallulah; one daughter: Margueritte Stanbery of Baton Rouge; three brothers, Marvin Worley of Mound, Arliss Worley of Phoenix, Ariz., and J. C. Triplett of Little Rock, Ark.; one sister, Pauline Everhart of Tallulah; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Sammie Byrd, Billy Hodge, Billy Ray hodge, Joe Ezell, Mike Travis and Donald Wayne Arender. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
