All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Lee Roy McCaa - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal July 31, 1969 Final Rites Held For Local Man Lee Roy McCaa, 66, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning at the Madison Parish Hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services were held at Wintergreen Cemetery in Port Gibson, Miss. with the Rev. Andy Hamilton officiating, assisted by the Rev. Dale Wilson. Burial followed under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. He was native of Port Gibson and had lived in Tallulah for the past 35 years. He was manager of the power plant of Chicago Mill Lumber Co. in Tallulah and a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Hazel McCaa of Tallulah, one daughter, Mrs. Barbara Theobald of Vicksburg, Miss., one brother, Walter McCaa of Rolling Fork, Miss.; three sisters, Mrs. Mattie Clark of Memphis, Tenn., and Mrs. C. L. Nelson and Mrs. Pearla Cleveland, both of Port Gibson; four grandsons and a number of nieces and nephews.
