All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Sadie Gallender McClure - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 18, 1996 Services for Sadie Gallender McClure were held Tuesday, September 17, 1996 at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Tallulah with the Rev. Lillard Bevill officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. McClure died Monday, September 16, 1996 at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 89. She was born in Jonesville and had lived in Tallulah for 55 years. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Tallulah. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. P. McClure; and two grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Hargon and Mike Hargon. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Rankin of Vicksburg and Ann Hargon of Monroe; one son, J. P. "Buddy" McClure Jr. of Denham Springs; two sisters, Jean Nason of Cove, Ark., and Corrine Irwin of San Diego, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
