All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Tomie Lois McCready - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 27, 1985 Mrs. Tomie Lois McCready, 72, of West Monroe died Sunday at Glenwood Regional Medical Center after a long illness. Services were at 10 a.m. Monday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe with the Revs. Hubert McCullar and Paul Daniels officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. McCready was a retired seamstress of Haddad's Men and Boys Clothing Store. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Floyd M. McCready of West Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. Monnie Jean Manning Woodall of Bossier City; a son, Thomas James Manning of Houston; a sister, Mrs. Ida Mae Byrd of Monroe: a brother, J. B. Stokes of Newellton; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gary Brewster, Ronnie Bedgood, Steve Bedgood, Melvin Bedgood, Huey Lizana and Harvey Hammons.
