All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Lois "Honey" McDonald - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal April 11, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Lois "Honey" McDonald, 90, were held Monday at 10 a.m. at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Miss. with Rev. Ray Frank Robbins officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. McDonald died Saturday, April 7 at Golden Age Nursing Home. Mrs. McDonald was a native of Bernice and lived most of her life in Tallulah. She was a member of Tallulah Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher. She was also a member of the Missionary Society, Tallulah Garden Club and Eastern Star. Mrs. McDonald was the widow of the late Watson McDonald. She is survived by one daughter, Marguerite M. Pillow of Schlater, Miss.; one son, Dan McDonald of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
