April 30, 1947 - August 26, 2014

Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Francis Medlin, age 67, of Tallulah, will be held Friday, August 29, 2014, 
at 2:00 P.M., in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home, with Rev. Martin Parker officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, at 1:00 P.M., one hour before the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home.

Mrs. Medlin was born in Jasper, Alabama, and had lived in Tallulah for 35 years. She was a truck driver and 
had worked for a casino in Vicksburg, Ms.

Survivors include, 1 son, Jerry W. Dycus of Danville, Alabama, 1 daughter, Sherry Lynn Jenkins of Tallulah, La., 
2 brothers, Phillip Vanhorn and Joe Vanhorn, both of Leland, Ms., 2 grandchildren, Taylor Jenkins and 
Heather Jenkins, both of Tallulah, La.
