Clemencia P. Mejias - Madison Parish, Louisiana

Funeral services for Mrs. Clemencia P. Mejias, age 86, of Tallulah were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, 
Dec. 24. in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. D'Cruz officiating. Burial 
followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 23.

Mrs. Mejias died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, in the Madison Parish Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born in Brownsville, Texas, and was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include three sons, Crencincio Mejias and Fernando Mejias, both of Tallulah, and Agapito Mejias 
of Eros; two daughters, Maria Mejias of Tallulah and Clara Linan of American Fort, Utah; 36 grandchildren: 
86 great-grandchildren: and 29 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jesse Mejias. Fernando Mejias Jr., Michael Mejias, Edward Dycus, Manuel Mejias 
and William Black.

Honorary pallbearers were Billy McCrory and Greg Saldana.

Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
