All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Clara Moffett - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, September 14, 1978 The funeral of Mrs. Clara Moffett, Tallulah was held Sunday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Moffett died Friday at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Vicksburg, Miss. after an apparent heart attack. She was a native of Xxxxx and a resident of Madison Parish for the past 42 years. Survivors include three sons, Winston Moffett and Wilburn Moffett, both of Tallulah and Billy Moffett of Buckner, Ark.; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Richardson of Rayville and Mrs. Irma Redd of Baton Rouge; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Grandsons acting as pallbearers were Jerry Moffett, Charles Moffett, Wilburn Moffett Jr., Tommy Moffett, Charles Roney and Eddie Reed.
