All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Clifton Morgan - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, April 8, 1982 Services for Clifton Morgan, 65, were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Waverly Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Thornton officiating. Burial was in Delhi Masonic Cemetery under direction of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Mr. Morgan died Friday at Mississippi University Medical Center in Jackson, Miss., after a long illness. He was a resident of Madison Parish for 25 years and a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ivobia Morgan of Tallulah; three daughters, Betty Hammond of Shreveport, Amanda Williams, Elaine Ryals, both of Newellton; three sons, Howard Morgan of Beaumont, Texas, James Morgan, George Morgan, both of Tallulah; three brothers, Floyd Morgan of Picayune, Miss., Milton Morgan of Alvin, Texas, Eugene Morgan of Tallulah; three sisters, Vera Noel, Blanch Hartwell, Viola Bouilette all of Abbeville; and 15 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Chester Morgan Jr., James Paul Morgan, Fred Morgan Jr., Randy Morgan, Charles Rhynehart, Robert R Grimes III, John Laird and Doug Lewis.
