JOSEPH LADY PASSES FRIDAY, FUNERAL SUNDAY Sept. 6 - Mrs. Mary Martha Morgan, 74, died at her home in St. Joseph Friday after an illness of a month. She had lived in St. Joseph for eighteen years. Funeral services were held Sunday morning at the Maryland Baptist Church with the Rev. O. P. Peace officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery at Tallulah, the Crothers Funeral Home in charge. She is survived by three sons, John, Lester and Eugene, all of St. Joseph; four daughters; Miss Mabel Morgan of St. Joseph; Mrs. Sam Harwood of Newellton; Mrs. Fred Baker of Tallulah; and Mrs. Mary Hinton of Laurel, Miss. Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
