Funeral services for Lovie B. Morgan Norton will be Monday, June 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mound Baptist Church and visitation will be one hour before the service at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. 

Lovie Norton, age 91, was born August 16, 1926 and was a native of Louisiana. She was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church in Bush, Louisiana and a former member of Mound Baptist Church in Tallulah, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Morgan Morgan and L. J. Norton, her parents, S. M. and Fannie Busby, and two daughters, Linda Mayeaux and Lois Chester.

Survivors include her son, Larry Morgan of Bush, Louisiana, her daughter, Lavonne Cassou of Bush, Louisiana, stepdaughter, June Edward of South Carolina, 32 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
