All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Letha Leona Owens - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 27, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Letha Leona Owens, 86, were at 2 p.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Rushing and Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Owens died Wednesday, June 27 at her residence in Tallulah. She was a native of Mississippi and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 46 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Marshall Owens of Tallulah; two daughters, Wilma Tarver and Ann Williamson, both of Tallulah; one sister, Louva Eakes of Philadelphia, Miss.; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Evon Purvis, Joe Williamson, Clem Tullos, Neal Horath, Lloyd Moore, Richard Marshall, Dan Purvis and Carl Williamson.
