All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Fred Edward Pipes - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, March 30, 1988 Graveside services for Mr. Fred Edward Pipes, 96, of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport under direction of Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. Dr. N. U. Pugh officiated. Mr. Pipes died March 23 in Tallulah after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Calhoun. He was a resident of Shreveport for many years, before moving to Tallulah three years ago. He was a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge in Glenmora. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harold C. Jones of Bossier City; three grandsons, including Dale P. Jones of Tallulah; and four great-grandchildren.
