All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* William E. “Buddy” Pollard - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, April 28, 2011 TALLULAH — William E. “Buddy” Pollard died Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Rayville Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Rayville. He was 76. Mr. Pollard was born in Oak Grove and had lived his life in Tallulah. He was a counselor and Baptist minister for over 60 years. Survivors include his wife, Imogene Copes Pollard of Tallulah; two daughters, Penny Pollard Burkeen of Groesbeck, Texas, and Libby Pollard Savage of Lake Arthur, La.; one sister, Babs Pollard Sevier of Jackson; and six grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Dr. David P. Savage and Daniel Burkeen officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
