Patsy was born in Vicksburg, MS, one of two children born to T.A. Smith Jr. and his wife Elaine. She was married for 25 years to her loving husband Michael Quinlan. She was preceded in death by her father, T.A. Smith Jr., and her grandson Tanner Bradford Martin. She is survived by husband, Michael Quinlan of LaPorte, TX; Mother, Elaine T. Gust of McAllen, TX; son, Brad Wilkins and wife Christina of New Braunfels, TX; daughters, Kay Wilkins of Wimberly, TX, and Anne W. Emerick and husband Matthew of Biloxi, MS. She is also survived by her step-sons, John Quinlan and wife Katherine of Bee Cave, TX, and Peter Quinlan and wife Bushra of Singapore; grandchildren, Sydney and Elizabeth Wilkins, Cody Martin, Rohen & Quinton Emerick, Michael, John Patrick, Joseph, Sarah & Sasha Quinlan; and her brother, Thurston Smith III of Santa Rosa, CA.
