All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Effie Lois Rash - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 28, 1998 Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Lois Rash, age 73, of Tallulah were at 10 am. Thursday, Jan. 22, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis ford officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Rash died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 1998, in the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe following a lengthy illness. She was born in Philadelphia, Miss. and had lived in Tallulah for many ears. She was a housewife and a member of the Baptist faith. Survivors include four sons: Xxxx Rash and James Rash, both of Tallulah, Edward Rash of Cleveland, Miss., and Wayne Rash of Bossier City; six daughters: Betty L. Wright, Carolyn Tamburo, Alice Lowery and Joann Horath, all of Tallulah, Peggy Tullos of Vicksburg, Miss., and Helen Rash of Irving, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Wayne Stutts, Todd Eakes, Jackie Eakes, Brian Rash, Jonathan Harris and Jim Guyton. Honorary pallbearers will be Loyd Moore, Lamar Harris, Tony Harvey and Greg Wright. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
