All rights reserved. ************************************************ Robert Reed - Madison Parish, Louisiana Pine Bluff (AR) Commercial January 28, 2006 LAKE VILLAGE — Robert Reed, 94, of Lake Village, died Jan. 20 at Lake Village Health Care Center. He was born Dec. 26, 1911, at Tallulah, La., a son of the late Will Reed. He was a retired construction worker for the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department for many years. Survivors include four sons, John Reed and Raymond Reed, both of Dallas, and Jessie Reed and Issac Reed, both of Lake Village; four daughters, Vivian Johnston, Alice Halley, Patricia Reed and Ida Reed, all of Lake Village; two brothers, Willie Reed of Lake Village and Rufus Reed of Lake Providence, La.; 20 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Seven Star Missionary Baptist Church at Lake Village with the Rev. L.B. Brown officiating. Burial will be in New Cemetery at Lake Village by Davis Strickland Funeral Home at Dermott.
