ROCK W. A. Rock, for many years a resident of Tallulah, died Thursday afternoon, January 4, at his home here after being in ill health for some time. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Baptist church, of which he was a member. Interment was in the Silver Cross Cemetery with Rev. Clarence Crow, pastor of the Baptist church officiating. Mr. Rock had been a resident of Tallulah for many years. At one time he was machinist at the Tallulah Oil Mill, but later built the Madison Machine Works, which he operated until his death.
