All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mary Katherine (Kitty) Rush - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 1, 1977 Mary Katherine (Kitty) Rush, 54, Tallulah, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in Delta Haven Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Ora Cemetery at Ora, Miss. A native of Meridian, Miss. and a resident of Tallulah for 35 years, Miss Rush was a retired South Central Bell employee and a member of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Rush of Tallulah; one brother, Robert R. Rush, Sr. of Jackson, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Hogan of Houston, Tex.; and Mrs. Martha Cullen of Atlanta, Ga. Pallbearers will be Robert R. Rush, Jr., James L. Rush, William A. Rush, Larry Keen, Jimmy Crossland, and Jackie Graves.
