He died Sunday, May 7, 2000. He was a resident of Baton Rouge. He attended Baton Rouge High School and LSU. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Faye Freiberg Seab; a son Christopher Seab, Dallas, Texas; a daughter, Stacy Garrett and son-in-law, Ken Garrett: grandchildren, William and Kelly Garrett; a brother, Joseph Seab, Murphysboro, Tenn.; cousins, including Larry Seab, Jackson. Miss., and Patsy Moore, Monroe, who were raised with him; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Field Seab: and father, Joseph Kirk Seab. Visiting was held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 10920 Florida Blvd., from 9 a.m. Wednesday until services at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Scott Schmieding. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., in charge of arrangements.
