All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Elizabeth Kerr Sevier - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, May 29, 1975 Mrs. Elizabeth Kerr Sevier, 80, of Lake Charles died Tuesday, May 20 after a 1engthy illness. A Former resident of Tallulah, Mrs. Sevier worked for the welfare department for many years and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. Funeral services were held Saturday morning in Lake Charles at 9 a.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Burial was at 4 pm in the Silver Cross Cemetery with Father Joel Treadwell officiating. Survivors include one stepson. George W. Sevier III of Hampton. Va. ; four step-grandchildren; and one step-great grandchild. Pallbearers were Malcolm Sevier, Barton Sevier, Andrew Sevier, John Rogan, Travis McNeel and Howard Sevier.
