All rights reserved. ************************************************ Helen Mae Leoty Sevier - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post September 10, 2001 TALLULAH - Helen Mae Leoty Sevier died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2001, at her home in Madison Parish. She was 75. Born in Darnell, La., Mrs. Sevier had lived in Madison Parish for 65 years. She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Spencer Sevier. She is survived by a son, Robert Spencer Sevier of Tallulah; a daughter, Glenna Louise Sevier DeBenedetto of New Orleans; one sister, Sue Post of Tallulah; one brother, Tommy Leoty Sr. of Tallulah; two grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and friends. Services were at 11 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Fred Fulton officiating. Burial followed at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Keith Post, Marshall Sevier, Mike Sevier, Tommy Leoty Jr., Andrew Sevier and Billy Sevier. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church
