Shows - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star March 16, 1973 TALLULAH — Funeral services for Alton H. Shows, 60, of Tallulah were to be held at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church of Tallulah, with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was to be in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mr. Shows died Wednesday in a Shreveport Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was a Jonesboro native and a resident of Madison Parish for 28 years. He was a former post office employe and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie Belle Shows of Tallulah; four daughters, Mrs. James Panquin of Tallulah, Mrs. Leon Faught Jr. of Bossier City, Mrs. Lorene York of Odessa, Tex., and Lynette Shows of Tallulah; six brothers, Odis Shows, Lawson Shows and Lennox Shows, all of Jonesboro, William Shows and Arnold Shows, both of Springhill, and Archie Shows of Dodson.
