All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Patsy Ruth Spells - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 23, 1998 Funeral services for Miss Patsy Ruth Spells, age 56. of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, in the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kirby Vining officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Miss Spells died Saturday, Dec. 19, 1998 in the Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah after a lengthy illness. She was born in Delhi and lived her entire life in Tallulah. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her parents. James and Helen Spells of Tallulah: and two sisters, Peggy Joyce Samples and Jeannie Collins. both of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Bill Ziegler. Henry Hicks, Gerald Collins, Truman Collins, Sonny Copes, Mike Rome and Stephen Collins. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
