Sterrett - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 12, 1974 Dan D. Sterrett Dan D. Sterrett, 67, died Thursday at E. A. Conway Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Funeral services were at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home Tallulah, with the Rev. James xxxx officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery. He was a native of Mobile, Ala., and a resident of Tallulah for 25 years. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Helen Sterrett, Tallulah; and one niece, Mrs. Ruby Wallace, Monroe.
