All rights reserved. ************************************************ Evenell Sullivan - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, September 7, 2005 TALLULAH - Evenell Sullivan died Monday, Sept. 5, 2005, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 73. Mrs. Sullivan was born in Lepanto, Ark., and had lived in East Carroll Parish most of her life. A housewife, she was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Oak Grove. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheila Ann Sullivan. She is survived by six sons, David Charles Sullivan and Jimmy D. Sullivan, both of Forest, La., Alvin O. Sullivan Jr. of Transylvania, La., Daniel B. Sullivan of Alsatia, La., Jerrel D. Sullivan Sr. of Delhi and Johnny P. Sullivan of Oak Grove; two daughters, Frances A. Gayle and Connie J. Gayle, both of Tallulah; two brothers, Andy Carter Jr. of Tallulah and William F. Carter of Oak Grove; three sisters, Patricia Stanley and Cammie Martinez, both of Oak Grove, and Neva J. Matthews of Lake Providence; and 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Revs. Bill Bearden and Keith Riley officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lake Providence. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
