Ralph Taylor Jr. - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 12, 1980 Graveside services for Col. Ralph Taylor Jr., 59, of Monroe, were held Tuesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pineville. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe. Col. Taylor died Monday in after a short illness. A native of Talla Bena, Col. was retired from J. C. Penny Co. Inc. and the U. S. Air Force. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Steen Taylor of Monroe; three sons, Ralph R. Taylor of Fairborn, Ohio, Wayne H. Taylor of Monroe and Dr. Randolph H. Taylor of Shreveport; three daughters, Mrs. Marcelena T. Everett of Arlington, Texas, Mrs. Margaret T. Varnado and Mrs. Peggy A. Turner, both of Monroe; and seven grandchildren.
