Taylor - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, March 17, 1977 Funeral services for Mark F. Taylor, of Quitman, Ark. and formerly of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Duaine Blackmore officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery for Mr. Taylor who died Sunday in the VA Hospital at Little Rock, Ark. after a brief illness. A native of Madison Parish, Mr. Taylor resided in Quitman for the past five years. He was a farmer and a member of the police force. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Elaine Taylor of Quitman, Ark.; one daughter, Miss Cassandra Taylor of Quitman, Ark.; his mother, Mrs. J. A. Taylor of Quitman, Ark.; two brothers, J. P. Taylor of Lubbock, Tex., and Roy Taylor of St. Rose; four sisters, Mrs. Mae Snider of Kileen, Tex., Mrs. Thelma Owens of San Antonio, Tex., Mrs. Frances Eubanks of Vidalia and Mrs. Geneva Clark of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Tommy Wixson, Clayton Cox. Harold Ogden, Carl Griffin (and others.)
