All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Frank Thomas - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, November 4, 1966 Funeral Services for Frank Thomas Held Sunday Funeral services for Frank Thomas, 69, who died unexpectedly in Eureka Springs, Arkansas,last Friday were held last Sunday at 2 p. m. Services were conducted at Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Harrison of Trinity Episcopal Church officiating. Burial followed in the Vicksburg City Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Thomas was a former Madison Parish Deputy Sheriff, and was a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruth Thomas, three sons, Frank M. Thomas in Vietnam; Collins Thomas of Tallulah; and Nat Thomas of Pineville, La.; a sister, Mrs. A. G. Bray of Tallulah, and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were C. L. Keene, R. R. Mitchell, Thomas Smith, Clyde May, Nat Bray and Billy Bray. Honorary Pallbearers were Sheriff C. E. Hester, Judge C. C. Adams, E. B. Towne, Rufus Yerger, T. J. Lott, Dr. George Webb, and all deputies of the Sheriff's Department.
