Thompson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post December 5, 2012 TALLULAH — Doris E. Thompson died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Madison Parish Hospital. She was 91. Mrs. Thompson was born in Delhi, where she lived for 26 years, and had been a Tallulah resident for just more than a year. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Delhi. Survivors include two sons, L.J. Thompson of St. Joseph and Bobby Thompson of Greers Ferry, Ark.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandsons. Services will be at 2 today at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. John Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow at Delhi Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until the service.
