All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Daniel Levi Thornhill - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal November 5, 1997 Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Levi Thornhill, age 90, of Tallulah, were held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mr. Thornhill died Sunday, Nov. 2, 1997, in the Delhi Hospital, Delhi, La. He was born in Quebec, La., and had been a life-long resident of Madison Parish. He was of the Baptist faith. He worked at Chicago Mill from 1955 to 1968. Survivors include one son, Danny E. Thornhill of Tallulah; three daughters, Glenda Rash and Betty Eakes, both of Tallulah, and Polly Fedrick of Greenville, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Hooter of Westwego, La.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Mike Price Jr., Todd Eakes, Kevin Donald, Dwight Neeley, Jackie Eakes and Brett Raley. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
