Tice - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 1, 1993 Funeral services for Mrs. Roberta M. Tice, 72, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Tice died Friday at Selma Medical Center in Selma, Ala. She was born in Smith County, Miss. and lived in Mound for many years. She had lived in Selma since 1979. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include two sons, William Mack Rice and Ezra Earl "Buddy" Mangum, both of Selma; two daughters, Ruby Doris Thompson of Lake Providence and Gloria Dearman of Selma; two brothers, William Darnell Traxler of California and Douglas Edward Traxler of Vicksburg; four sisters, Erma Lee Striz of Straw, Texas, Flora Bell Ardin of Franklin, Texas, Minnie Lou Bourgoyne of Vicksburg and Hazel Laverne Thornhill of Transylvania; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
