All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Kathy Sue Turner - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, May 4, 1978 Funeral Services for Mrs. Kathy Sue Turner, 27, of Ada, Okla., formerly of Tallulah, were held Wednesday in the First Baptist Church here with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. at the Unionville Cemetery near Dubach. Burial was under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Turner died Monday at her home in Ada after a brief illness. A native of Dubach, Mrs. Turner had resided in Ada for almost a year. She was employed by the Federal Security Administration. She was a member of the Cook Baptist Church in Ruston and a graduate of Louisiana Tech. Mrs. Turner was also a member of Phi Mu Alpha music fraternity. Survivors include her husband, John Charles Turner of Ada, Okla.; a daughter, Amy Jo Turner of Ada, Okla.; her mother, Mrs. Belton Colvin of Tallulah; a sister, Mrs. Jennifer Robert of Tallulah; and a grandmother, Mrs. D. L. Colvin of Dubach. Pallbearers were Fred Hill, Danny Allen, Ed Courtney, Jimmy Holmes, Kolan Ray, Lum Storey Jr., Malcolm Stone and Larry Black.
