He was 68. Born in Shreveport, Mr. Walker lived in Tallulah for 12 years. He was a retired security guard and a Navy veteran. Survivors include a son, Richard E. Walker of Tallulah; two brothers, Richard D. Walker of Tampa, Fla., and Pete Walker of Benton, La.; and two grandchildren. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
