All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Dave Edwards Watts - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 23, 1975 Funeral services for Dave Edwards Watts, 59, formerly of Tallulah were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Watts died at University Hospital in Jackson, Miss. Tuesday after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Sumrall, Miss. and had lived in Jackson, Miss., for the past ten years. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Eleanor Watts of Monroe; one son, David Watts of Jackson, Miss.; two brothers, Harry Watts of Tallulah and William Watts of Vicksburg, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Crosby of Tallulah and Mrs. Martha Ayers of Monroe. Pallbearers were P. J. Smith, Billy Ray Arender, John Howard Watts, Wylie Towne, Martin Pemberton and Purvis Copes.
