All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Harry Watts - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal February 13, 1991 Funeral services for Mr. Harry Watts, 72, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ramon Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery under direction of Crothers. Mr. Watts died Tuesday in the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi following a short illness. He was a native of Mississippi and a resident of Tallulah for the past 65 years. Mr. Watts was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of American Legion Post No. 100 and a member of the Tallulah United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lela Watts of Tallulah; one step-daughter, Mrs. Margaret Sue Dozier of Tallulah; one sister; Mrs. Dorothy Crosby of Minden; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Billy Ray Arender, Ross Murphy, Harris Wise, Dalton Fortenberry, Dan Copes, John Howard Watts, Charlie Hopkins and James "Boss" Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Gaumnitz, Jake Dillard, Bill Eaker, Harry Don Morton and Benny Prewitt.
