All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Cynthia Lynn Welch - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, November 26, 2011 TALLULAH — Cynthia Lynn Welch died Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, at her home. She was 45. Ms. Welch was born in Tallulah. She was a cosmetologist. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hilda Faye Welch; her father, Madison “Buddy” Welch; a brother, Karl Welch; and a sister, Shelia Hutson. Survivors include her two sons, Brandon Wayne and Victor Karl Welch of Tallulah; four brothers, Kenny Welch, Jimmy Kelley, Robert Miracle and Norman Welch; a sister, Connie Odom; two grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A memorial service was Tuesday at the Pentecostals of Madison Parish Church in Tallulah.
