All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Milner Wells - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, July 9, 1981 Services for Milner Wells, 51, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the First Methodist Church with the Rev. Xxert Coles officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Wells died July 1 in an airplane crash in Warren County, Miss. He was a native of Portland, Ark. and a Tallulah resident for 24 years. He was the owner of Walker Wells Construction Co., a member of the Associated General Contractors and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bonnie W. Wells of Tallulah; three sons, Larry Wells, Donald Wells and Kenneth Wells, all of Tallulah; a daughter, Connie Wells of Tallulah; two brothers, Joe Ben Wells of Pontiac, Mich., and W.H. Wells of El Dorado, Ark., three sisters, Mrs. Mary Reeder of Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs. Ruth Traphagen of Plaquemine, and Mrs. Faye Thomas of Pontiac; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were William Givens, Clayton Cox, Otis Gunn, Twigg Bishop, Joseph Trabeaux and Sam Elias.
