All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Wanda Gail Waugh Wells - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal July 16, 1997 Funeral services for Wanda Gail Waugh Wells, age 59, of Austin, Texas, were held Thursday, June 26, 1997, at St. Luke's On The Lake Episcopa1 Church. Burial was in the Langston Family Cemetery near Mt. Enterprise, Texas. Mrs. Wells was a former resident of Tallulah and the daughter of late R. G. and Evelyn Waugh of Tallulah. She was a graduate of Tallulah High School, Louisiana Polytechnic Institute, Ruston, in 1959 and University of Missouri in 1963. She was born March 9, 1938, in McGee, Ark., and had been a resident of Austin, Texas, for the past 28 years. She was a member of St. Luke's On The Lake Episcopal Church, a school counselor with Florence I.S.D., a real estate broker and psychological associate. Survivors include her husband, John B. Wells Jr. of Austin; and two sons, John B. Wells III of Charlottesville, Va., and Dr. Patrick R. Wells of Houston, Texas. Cook-Walden Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
