Wilkins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post November 21, 2007 TALLULAH -- Herbert H. Wilkins died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at his home in Tallulah. He was 64. Mr. Wilkins was an aircraft mechanic and a member of Masonic Lodge No. 308 of Tallulah. He was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Whittington Wilkins of Tallulah; one son, Justin Wilkins of Vernal, Utah; two sisters, Carolyn Doyle of Jackson and Bobbie Clingan of Donaldson, Ark.; and nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Newellton with the Rev. Larry Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah. Pallbearers will be Michael Cannon, David Vinson, Michael Vinson, Robert Hugh Dozier, John Robert Gaumnitz and Freddy Gaumnitz. Honorary pallbearers will be Bruce Wallace, Aron Wallace, Brad Wallace, Kirby Fortenberry, William Yerger Jr. and Bubba Nettles.
