Wilkins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 12, 1990 Funeral services for Mr. Larry V. Wilkins, 38, were at 2 p.m. Monday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duewayne Tlillos officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Wilkins died Friday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Jackson, Miss. He was a native and lifelong resident of Tallulah, an asbestos abatement supervisor, an Army veteran and a member of the Montrose Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Penny C. Wilkins of Tallulah; two sons, Toby Wilkins and Corby Wilkins of Tallulah; his father, Hubert Wilkins of Tallulah; his mother, Gloria Arender of Tallulah; two sisters, Cynthia Machen of Tallulah and Tammi Arender of Monroe; one brother, Stan Wilkins of Plain Dealing; and his maternal grandfather, Benjamin H. Prewitt of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Ronnie Deckelman, Skip Smith, Randy Orrell, Kent Orrell, Rodney Orrell and Merrick Brown.
