All rights reserved. **************************************************************************************************************************************** Agnes Williams Madison Parish, LA February 15, 1929 ~ December 4, 2021 (age 92) From Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Funeral services for Agnes Williams will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Rev. Jay Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah with Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Ms. Williams died on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at her residence surrounded by family. She was 92 years old. She was born in West Carroll Parish on February 15, 1929, to Zenes and Myrtis Sanches. She moved to Tallulah in 1954 where she and her husband raised their family. Ms. Williams worked for the Madison Parish School Board for 25 years, retiring in 1993. She also worked at Kenwin’s Department Store as well as First Baptist Church Nursery, where she rocked and loved on many children through the years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ralph Williams; son, Thomas Ray “Tommy” Williams; a brother; and her parents. Survivors include: two daughters, Renee Williams and Martha Williams Hargrave, both of Tallulah; two sons, Wayne Williams of Tallulah, and Terry Williams of Chicago, Illinois; two granddaughters, Amber Williams Ezell of Tallulah, and Carley Williams Gautreaux of Chicago; grandsons, Nick Williams and Jonathan Williams, both from West Monroe, Cole Williams of West Monroe, and Austin Williams of Baton Rouge; great grandchildren, Madisyn King, Gracyn King, Ellea-Thomas Ezell, Thomas Ray Williams, River Cole Williams, Braydon Gautreaux, Audrey Gautreaux, and Christopher Williams. Her immediate family will serve as pallbearers. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Crossroads Hospice, Baton Rouge General Hospital, and NELA Ambulance Service.
