All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Effie Lee Williams - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 6, 1983 Services for Mrs. Effie Lee Williams, 45, were at 1 p.m, Friday at New Zion M.B. Church in Sondheimer with the Rev. C.R. Redden officiating. Burial was at New Zion Cemetery under the direction of Brannum Funeral Home of Lake Providence. Mrs. Williams died Saturday in Madison Parish Hospital after a short illness. Survivors include her husband, Abe C. Williams of Tallulah; hermother, Mrs. Adonia Nelson of Tallulah; five sons, Abe Williams Jr., Roosevelt Williams, Barry Williams, Dexter Williams and Donnell Williams, all of Tallulah; 11 daughters, Mrs. Wanda Jackson, Mrs. Carolyn Iglehon, Rubie Williams, Lena Williams, Velda Williams, Joann Williams, Aresia Williams, Sherry Williams, Lorraine Williams, Letra Williams and Zelda Williams, all of Tallulah; and 10 grandchildren.
