All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Jim Tullos Williamson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From The Monroe News-Star (LA), Thursday, December 5, 1957 TALLULAH (Special) - Jim Tullos Williamson, 55, died of a heart attack yesterday morning in a Delhi doctor's office. Mr. Tullos operated two grocery stores, one in Tallulah and another in Quebec. He had lived in Madison Parish for the past 30 years. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. S. D. Stamey officiating. Interment will be in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Oblene Williamson; three sons, D'Elmer Williamson, with the U.S. Army at Fort Riley; Joe E. Williamson and Billy Ray Williamson, both of Tallulah; two daughters, Mrs. James Kent, Eureka, Calif.; Mrs. Benny Franklin, Tallulah; brothers, Noel Williamson, Sondheimer; Cooper Williamson, Mobile, Ala.; Don Williamson, Eureka, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Roberts, Magee, Miss.; Mrs. Lena Crain, Lake Providence, and three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Mr. Williamson's nephews: Chester, Cordis, Estes, Corley, Jesse, and Huey.
