All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Travis Williamson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 2, 1962 Funeral Services Held Wednesday for Travis Williamson Funeral services for Travis Williamson, 52, who died Thursday of last week in Portland, Oregon, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Services were held in the chapel of Young's Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Stinfiell officiating. Burial followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Young's. Survivors include one son, Ronnie Williamson of Monroe, two daughters, Mrs. Amurlis Williams, Monroe, and Miss Patsey Jean Wiliamson, Shreveport; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Williamson, Tallulah; six brothers, Estus, Chester, Carely, Cordis, Jesse, and Huey Williamson, all of Tallulah; one sister, Mrs. Bessie Lee Purvis, Alsatia. Pallbearers were Charlie Jackson, Gaines Byram, J. C. Byram, E. H. Stewart, George Hopkins, Charlie Hopkins, and Wilburn Collins.
