All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Rodger Dale Williams - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal August 29, 1990 Funeral services for Mr. Rodger Dale Williams, 33, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at United Pentecostal Church with Rev. James Johnston officiating. Burial was in Forrest Corners Cemetery in Forrest under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Williams died Sunday morning in Atmore, Ala. at his residence following a short illness. He was born in Delhi and had lived in Tallulah most of his life. He attended Tallulah High School, served in the U.S. Navy and was employed by J-Mar Trucking Co. in Mobile, Ala. He was a member of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Dianne Williams of Atmore; three daughters, Melany, Teresea and Christina Williams of Atmore; two step-daughters, Jennifer and Molly Dale Miller of Atmore; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Williams Jr. of Tallulah; one brother, Ronald Dean Williams of Baton Rouge; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B. E. Bailey of Jonesville; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Hazel Williams of Brazoria, Tex. and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Larry Davis, Mack Bailey, Johnny Bailey, Randy Thomas and Chuck Baty.
